2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent. To be effective, the Counter-Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where you are located (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Nova News Nigeria reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users, contributors, or forum participants who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.
